Are walk-ins available?

Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure that you are given proper time for consultation and that there is availability for your request. Please contact us by message, email or phone to make an appointment. Get in touch.

Which methods of payment are accepted?

We accept e-transfer, cash payment and in some cases such as larger projects/bulk orders, a deposit can be made by cheque.

Is there an additional cost for fabric for custom orders?

If you are not already bringing your own fabric or materials, we can source the materials for you for an additional cost depending on the project. We can offer reduced rates for fabric on hand at the studio and strongly recommend you bring fabric or materials such as zippers and buttons if you have a specific design in mind.

How do I share my ideas for a custom project?

You can send us photos by email with a description of what you had in mind. We can then provide a quote. We can also meet in person for a consultation to discuss your ideas and turning it into a reality. Email us at studioxuanthu@gmail.com.

Do you offer services for women’s wear only?

No! We service everyone ranging from men’s wear, children’s wear and more.

I have an emergency request – how much notice do I need to provide?

The amount of time it would take to complete a request depends on the nature of the request and available capacity at the studio during that time. We strongly recommend a week’s time unless another timeframe has been discussed. A quick fix or alteration could take as little as 3 days. We will make sure to find a way to best accommodate.
